Changing the maximo welcome screen message.
Often the customer says that he doesn’t like welcome message
which is displayed by default in maximo before login and wants to change it. So
I will tell you how you will obtain this functionality in maximo.
By default maximo displays this screen:
So if you want to change the Welcome to Maximo message then
all you need is to do the following steps:
Open Maximo. Go to -> System Configuration -> Platform
Configuration -> Database Configuration.
Click on Select Action tab and choose messages.
Click on filter and in Message Group type “login” and in Message
Key type “welcomemaximomessage” and press enter. You will see as shown below:
In the value field write anything you want. You can write
the company name so that the customer gets happy.
After that logout maximo and then you will be able to see
the changes.
